“German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius stated that, despite Russia’s shelling of Ukraine, Berlin will not transfer TAURUS missiles to Kyiv.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

He stated<\/a> this in Kyiv on Thursday, June 12, while talking to journalists.<\/p>\n

“When asked by a journalist whether senior German officials were considering the transfer of TAURUS missiles to Ukraine, he replied negatively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In turn, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is interested in German investments.<\/p>\n

“Today, we discussed that assistance will continue, and there are certain areas we are particularly hopeful about. We agreed on additional investments in production. This is a continuation of our meeting with Friedrich (Merz, – ed.),” the president said.<\/p>\n

Zelenskyy also mentioned that the production in which the Germans will invest will be located both in Ukraine and in Germany.”<\/p>\n

\nRecall, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that now long-range weapons for Ukraine have no range restrictions<\/a>. The same decision was made by Great Britain, France, and the United States.<\/p>\n

Previously, Friedrich Merz once again supported the supply of Taurus missiles<\/a> to Ukraine.<\/p>\n
