The committee&#8217;s chairman, Republican Tom Cole, warned that including the amount could derail a vote on the entire defense budget due to opposition from some conservative Republicans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1423\">Tom Cole: &#8220;I supported and support Ukraine. But I don&#8217;t want to risk the passage of the entire defense bill.
