President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed a new head of Ukraine’s mission to NATO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The corresponding decree<\/a> was published on the official website of the Head of State.<\/p>\n

By another decree No. 407\/2025, the president dismissed Natalya Halibarenko from this position.<\/p>\n

Alyona Getmanchuk is the founder and director of the New Europe Center, a freelance senior analyst at the Eurasian Center of the Atlantic Council (USA). She is an experienced foreign policy expert and a leader of media and public projects.<\/p>\n

In 2009, she co-founded the Institute of World Politics, which she headed for 8 years. Since 2016, Alena has been a member of the Consultative Committee of the Presidents of Ukraine and Poland.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees appointing former Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin as Ambassador to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.<\/a><\/p>\n
