Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko fears that Ukraine will view the presence of Russian troops in the exercises as preparation for an offensive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by Interfax-Ukraine with reference to President Volodymyr Zelensky.<\/span><\/p>\n
