Holovka was found guilty of committing criminal offenses under Part 4 of Article 368 and Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine &#8211; Acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official and Illegal handling of weapons, respectively.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that the former head of the Ternopil Regional Council received 612,000 hryvnias for including the construction site in the list of those requiring financing from the remains of monetary subventions from the state budget unused in previous years.<\/p>\n<p> Golovka was also found guilty of possessing ammunition without a legal permit.<\/p>\n<p> Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rozkradannia-na-sotni-milyoniv-hryven-pid-vartoiu-opynyvsia-dvoiuridnyy-brat-spivvlasnyka-kvartalu-95\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested a relative of the co-owner of &#8220;Quarter 95&#8221; Mindich Leonid<\/a> , who is suspected of embezzlement in the amount of 650 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The court sentenced the former head of the Ternopil Regional Council, Mykhailo Holovko, to 9 years in prison for bribery.
