Russia plans to approve a new state policy aimed at assimilating peoples within the Russian Federation, including in the occupied territories of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the press service of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

“The Kremlin is preparing to approve the updated Strategy of State National Policy. The key emphasis of the document is on Russian culture and language as the “foundations of national unity.” Moscow openly admits that through Russification, propaganda, and cultural cleansing it seeks to form 95% of the so-called “all-Russian identity” by 2036,” the report says.<\/p>\n

The goal of the new strategy is to Russify the occupied territories of Ukraine. The Russians will focus on displacing the national identities of Ukraine, Transnistria, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia.<\/p>\n

“The Kremlin does not hide that their further goal is Belarus. It is planned to strengthen the propaganda influence, as well as expand the role of the Russian language as a “universal means of interethnic communication,” the SZR noted.<\/p>\n

The new state strategy of the Russian Federation also provides for strengthening anti-migrant policy under the guise of “fighting extremism.”<\/p>\n

“By equating six million migrants to sources of threat, Moscow is increasingly using xenophobic narratives as a tool for political mobilization. This has provoked a reaction from labor-exporting countries. In particular, Uzbekistan has publicly criticized the Russian Federation for violating the rights of its citizens,” the intelligence agency emphasizes.<\/p>\n

It is noted that at the same time, Russians are speculating on public sentiment: according to the results of sociological surveys, over 80% of Russians are convinced that the number of migrants in the country is excessive.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the Russians had taken 50 children from the occupied part of the Luhansk region to Kalmykia in the Russian Federation under the pretext of “rehabilitation.”<\/a><\/p>\n

By the way, the Center for the Study of Occupations reported that the Russian Federation plans to resettle at least 5 million Russians in temporarily occupied territories by 2030<\/a> .<\/p>\n
