On Friday, June 20, a cold front will bring a cooling effect to Ukraine. The daytime air temperature will drop to 15 degrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.<\/p>\n

“A cold atmospheric front is passing and will pass through Ukraine, and colder air will spread behind it,” Didenko warned.<\/p>\n

In most regions, daytime air temperatures will range from 15 to 21\u00b0C. It will be coldest in the west and north of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Instead, warm weather will continue in the southern regions – from 20 to 25\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

On June 20, a strong northwest wind is expected with gusts of up to 20 meters per second.<\/p>\n

The strong winds were caused by an anticyclone in the west and a cyclone in the east, between which Ukraine found itself. Their confrontation is shaping the intensification of atmospheric phenomena, in particular wind gusts.<\/p>\n

On the night of June 20, short-term rains, with thunderstorms in places, are forecast in the southern, western and northern regions. It will rain in the north during the day, in particular in the Volyn, Rivne regions and Kharkiv region. The rest of the territory will be dry.<\/p>\n

In the capital of Ukraine on Friday, rainy weather with thunderstorms is forecast. The daytime temperature will drop to 16\u00b0C. North-westerly wind with stormy gusts.<\/p>\n

Natalka Didenko noted that warm weather in Ukraine is forecasted starting Sunday.<\/p>\n
