On Saturday, June 21, Donald Trump’s special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, visited Belarus, where he met with self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> Lukashenko’s press service.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is noted that the meeting took place at the Palace of Independence in Minsk. There, Kellogg and Lukashenko discussed the global situation, regional issues, and Belarusian-American relations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am very glad, Mr. General, to meet with you. I really hope that our conversation will be very sincere, open. Otherwise, why meet? If we play tricks and trick each other, we will not achieve any results,\u201d said Lukashenko.<\/span><\/p>\n

In turn, Trump’s special representative thanked him for the hospitality.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We live in a very dangerous time, when the crises we face could escalate dramatically, grow if we are not wise and just,” he added.<\/span><\/p>\n
