At the same time, there are also many questions about the construction of engineering and fortification structures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/Z7ahi1wm4tg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221; by Dmytro Snegirev, a military and political analyst and co-chair of the public initiative &#8220;Prava sprava&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Currently, the maximum depth of advance of Russian operational forces in the Sumy direction is from 5 to 7 kilometers, depending on the front line. Therefore, there is currently no threat of a further breakthrough in the direction of the regional center. Moreover, if there is another attempt to shift responsibility to the Ukrainian military, as was the case during the breakthrough of the Russian occupation troops in the Kharkiv direction, this will indicate that the military will again be used as &#8220;scapegoats&#8221; for the openly corrupt schemes of representatives of the Sumy VCA,&#8221; Snegirev said.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, he gave examples of irrational use of budget funds by local authorities in the Sumy region under the Russian offensive, in particular, the repair of canteens and the purchase of benches.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;In the border town of Hlukhiv, 10 kilometers from the Russian border, the city&#8217;s military-civilian administration decided to spend 13 million hryvnias on repairing a school cafeteria. The settlement is within the firing range of Russian occupation troops. What kind of school cafeteria? And it turns out that out of 3,700 children, only 800 remain. Is there nowhere to put 13 million? In Sumy itself, a tender has been scheduled for the purchase of benches worth 700 thousand. I have the impression that there are hundreds of reinforced concrete bases sheathed with valuable wood species. If this is the cost of just one, then we can imagine the scale of possible corruption schemes that occur directly at the time of the imitation of the creation of engineering and fortification structures,&#8221; noted the co-chair of the public initiative &#8220;Prava sprava.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, as part of evacuation measures <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/z-60-naselenykh-punktiv-na-sumshchyni-povnistiu-evakuiuvalysia-vsi-meshkantsi-holova-ova\/\">, all residents have completely left<\/a> 60 settlements in the Sumy region.
