The Donald Trump administration is bracing for a potential response from Iran in the next 48 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NBC News<\/a> reports this, citing two sources in the Pentagon and a high-ranking White House official.<\/p>\n

In particular, the journalists’ sources noted that it is currently unknown whether Iran’s response will be directed at targets abroad, or on US territory, or both.<\/p>\n

While US military bases overseas have been on high alert for months, White House sources say concerns about possible attacks have grown significantly since Israel launched a war with Iran on June 13.<\/p>\n

Let us recall that the United States Air Force attacked Iran’s nuclear infrastructure<\/a> , including its most secure facility in Fordow.<\/p>\n

As is known, on June 13, Israel launched a large-scale air strike on Iranian territory<\/a> . The targets were objects related to the Iranian nuclear program.<\/p>\n
