The Armed Forces of Ukraine are currently undergoing a reorganization to increase efficiency. Such actions will allow the creation of more effective reserves for counter-offensive and offensive actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, during a meeting with journalists, to which representatives of ” Pryamiy”<\/strong> were not invited, as quoted by ” Ukrinform<\/a> “.<\/p>\n

According to Syrsky, the reorganization of the Ukrainian Armed Forces began last year in the context of military operations.<\/p>\n

“The main goal of the transition to a new organizational structure is to increase the effectiveness of our actions and reduce the burden on military command bodies,” the commander-in-chief said.<\/p>\n

In addition, according to Syrsky, within the framework of the reorganization it is planned to reduce the number of management objects directly subordinate to a specific body (army corps). At the same time, the level of OSKHV remains, and the level of OTG is gradually eliminated.<\/p>\n

According to him, the first stage of army corps directorates with support units has already completed combat coordination and accepted their zones of responsibility and certain sets of troops.<\/p>\n

The commander-in-chief explained that this is primarily about the effective use of all available forces and resources, optimizing the distribution of artillery, and increasing the number of unmanned systems units.<\/p>\n

“I hope that such a reorganization will give us the opportunity, firstly, to save personnel, that is, to use our servicemen who directly perform combat missions more rationally. And also to create more efficient reserves in order to be able to conduct active counter-offensive and offensive actions,” he added.<\/p>\n

Recall that Syrsky previously stated that the Defense Forces repelled Andreevka in the Sumy region<\/a> , and also advanced in Yunakovka from 200 to 700 meters. In the Kursk region, in the Glushkovsky district, the Ukrainian military controls about 90 square kilometers.<\/p>\n

Also, according to Syrsky, the possibility of a new offensive from Belarus cannot be ruled out<\/a> . This could probably happen in September.<\/p>\n
