On the night of Tuesday, June 24, Russian occupation forces attacked the Sumy region with strike drones. A village in the Verkhnyosyrovatsk community came under fire. According to preliminary information, three people were killed, including an eight-year-old boy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced by<\/a> the head of the Sumy OVA, Oleg Hrygorov.<\/p>\n

It is reported that the Russians attacked at around midnight. One of the shells destroyed a house, and the body of a child was recovered from under the rubble. A man and a woman were also killed – all the victims lived on the same street, but were from different families.<\/p>\n

“They simply went to sleep in their homes… Russian drones interrupted their lives in their sleep,” Grigorov noted.<\/p>\n

Three more people were rescued from the rubble, one of them in serious condition. All the injured are in hospital.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the number of victims in Kyiv as a result of the Russian attack carried out on the night of June 23 has increased to nine<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As reported, on June 23, Russian occupiers shelled the Pokrovska community and Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region.<\/a><\/p>\n
