This is an important step by the state in supporting its Defenders and their family members in a difficult time for the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/MinSocUA\/7296\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">the Ministry of Social Policy<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> According to current legislation, benefits are provided for the following types of services:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> management of an apartment building;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> supply and distribution of natural gas;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> electricity supply;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> hot water and heating;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> centralized water supply and drainage;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> removal of solid household waste.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> In addition, benefits are provided for the purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas for household needs.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The following are entitled to benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol><\/p>\n<li> Participants in hostilities (UBD) \u2014 75% discount within the established social norms.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> War participants \u2014 50% discount.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Persons with disabilities as a result of war &#8211; full compensation (100%) of expenses.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Family members of fallen military personnel \u2014 50% discount.<\/li>\n<p><\/ol>\n<p> These benefits are provided regardless of the form of housing ownership or the type of service contract &#8211; the main thing is that the services are officially declared.<\/p>\n<h3> <strong>How to apply for benefits?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p> To apply for benefits, you must contact:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> to the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> to executive bodies of local self-government or military administrations<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> to the ASC.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Online application: the most convenient way is through the PFU electronic portal or the Pension Fund mobile application:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Log in using your electronic signature.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Select the &#8220;Application for housing subsidy or benefit&#8221; section.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Fill out the forms and submit your application online.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Documents you will need:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Passport of a citizen of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Taxpayer registration number (TIN).<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> A document confirming the right to a benefit (UDB certificate, disability certificate, etc.).<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Personal accounts and details of organizations providing utility services.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Since 2024, the procedure for war veterans has become much simpler. Now, <strong>a single application<\/strong> is enough, which simultaneously includes both registration and the assignment of benefits. Previously, these were two separate processes.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, if a serviceman is unable to submit documents in person (due to service, hospitalization, etc.), <strong>his relatives<\/strong> can do so: parents, wife or husband. To do this, you must attach <strong>a document proving family ties<\/strong> &#8211; a birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.<\/p>\n<p> Benefits are paid <strong>in cash<\/strong> . That is, the recipient pays the full amount for utility services every month, and the state reimburses the preferential part:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> To a bank account at an authorized bank;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Through a Ukrposhta branch.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> In the benefit application, you can choose a convenient method of receiving funds.<\/p>\n<p> Application processing deadlines:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> PFU considers the application <strong>within 10 days<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> The decision is sent within <strong>3 days<\/strong> after consideration.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> This system of benefits is an important part of the social protection of military personnel and their families.
