In particular:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> The vehicle must have a &#8220;Disabled Driver&#8221; sign.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> You also need to use a QR ID that confirms your rights to preferential parking.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> These measures are aimed at minimizing abuse and guaranteeing truly free access to parking for those who need it.<\/p>\n<p> It is reported that even if a driver is actually transporting a person with a disability but does not have the appropriate sign or QR ID, he can be fined. The law does not allow any exceptions without proper confirmation.<\/p>\n<p> As is known, parking spaces for people with disabilities should always be available to those who really need it &#8211; especially in conditions of dense city traffic.
