In 2026, thousands of Russian killer drones could be flying over peaceful Ukrainian cities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated<\/a> by activist and head of the Victory Drones project, Maria Berlinska.<\/p>\n

“Now everyone is afraid of Shaheds and missile strikes. But Shaheds and missiles strike at specific coordinates. There is something much more dangerous – thousands of drones over cities in constant hunting mode,” Berlinska reported.<\/p>\n

She notes that thousands of drones could become a reality in 2026, not only for frontline cities, but also for Lviv and Chernivtsi.<\/p>\n

“There are countermeasures – these are automatic turrets, anti-aircraft drones, electromagnetic and laser means.
“It is important that the authorities, both central and local, are already looking for a solution,” she noted.<\/p>\n

Berlinska noted that it is possible to prepare for new Russian drones.<\/p>\n

“There are literally half a year left until 2026. What can each person do? At the very least, show this text to government officials. Ask if preparations are underway? Interceptor drones, automatic turrets, electromagnetic weapons?” the activist notes.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the Air Force reported that the Russian military is actively modernizing drones and missiles for combined strikes on the territory of Ukraine<\/a> , using simulators in particular, and is also strengthening countermeasures against electronic warfare.<\/p>\n
