Not far from Toretsk in the Donetsk region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces captured another Chinese mercenary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> the telegram channel “Nikolaevsky Vanek”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The captive turned out to be a Chinese citizen, born in 2000. According to him, he came to Russia to work, and later signed a contract in Ufa.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the Chinese assured, he did not want to fight. The Russians promised him work in the rear, but then he was sent to the front line.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is noted that most of the foreign mercenaries did not survive the first assault, where they were “sent like animals.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI was always scared. I dug a hole for one person and hid in it and lay down,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prisoner claims that he feels deceived because his documents and means of communication were taken away from him and he was sent to storm near Toretsk.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chinese regrets the contract signed with the Russian army and asks to exchange it for Ukrainian military personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is known that from April 2023 to May 2024 , Russia recruited more than 1,500 foreign citizens<\/a> to wage war against Ukraine.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Ukrainian military personnel captured Chinese citizens who were fighting for Russia in the Donetsk region<\/a> .<\/p>\n

By the way, two Chinese who were taken prisoner by the Ukrainian military said<\/a> that they did not expect to find themselves in a combat zone.<\/p>\n
