In the spring of 2022, they signed a contract for the supply of 1,125 rifles for the army.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Furthermore, the entrepreneurs shipped the declared quantity of small arms to the defense department, but not in full, as stipulated in the contract. The Defense Ministry official unreasonably approved such a delivery. Moreover, he did not conclude an additional agreement with the contractor to reduce the cost of the weapons due to the lack of all components,&#8221; the report says.<\/p>\n<p> Subsequently, the participants in the &#8220;scheme&#8221; withdrew the funds into the shadows.<\/p>\n<p> The SBU has informed the defendants of suspicion of obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and misappropriation of property.
