People’s Deputy from the European Solidarity faction Mykhailo Bondar stated that, on instructions from the authorities, an old fake is being spread in the media about the allegedly huge number of fines for violating traffic rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He wrote about this on his Facebook page.<\/a><\/p>\n

Back in June, the deputy reported<\/a> that his charity fund had donated more than 300 cars to the front during the war, some of which are still on the organization’s balance sheet. Consequently, fines for violating traffic rules are also recorded for him.<\/p>\n

\u201cApparently, the OP didn\u2019t like my publications on fortifications,<\/a> so they are trying to spread information about a \u201cmalicious\u201d non-payer of fines again, but they can\u2019t inflate it. Another \u201csensation\u201d turned out to be a dud.<\/p>\n

“To date, with the assistance of the Foundation, more than 300 vehicles have been transferred directly to the front lines, which have repeatedly saved the lives of soldiers and carried out important strategic tasks and combat missions. Most of the vehicles have been transferred and put on the balance sheet of various military units, and there are vehicles that have been and are being transferred directly to soldiers,” Bon explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut for now, legally, the car remains registered to the Charitable Foundation, which continues to be bombarded from all sides with decrees on administrative violations and various fines.<\/p>\n

“Guys, download the Traffic Fines mobile app, track your fines and pay them on time. The fund physically does not have the ability to track all this, and above all, we hoped for your responsibility.<\/p>\n

“Non-payment of fines hinders the work of the Fund, accounts are blocked. Then my name appears in the register of debtors, along with debtors – deputies from the Opposition Platform – For Life and servants for non-payment of alimony,” the deputy explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe, for our part, are doing everything to provide what is necessary, we are helping, we are finding opportunities, people to deliver these vehicles, which we know are needed on the front lines.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Mykhailo Bondar, who is the secretary of the parliamentary Temporary Investigative Committee on Fortifications, reported that out of the total amount of UAH 40 billion for the construction of fortifications, criminal proceedings have been opened for half of this amount – UAH 20 billion. Prime Minister Shmyhal, that 100% of everything has been built, that everything is fine, all funds have been spent, heads of administrations came, said that the funds have been fully spent, and then it turns out that only in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, 20 VOPs have not been built. 20 have not been built,” Bondar noted.<\/p>\n
