In temporarily occupied Luhansk, Manolis Pilavov, the former so-called “mayor” of the city, who headed the pro-Russian administration from 2014 to 2023, was killed in an explosion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by Russian Telegram channels close to the security forces.<\/p>\n

According to preliminary information, the explosive device was planted near the entrance door of the house on Tarasa Shevchenko Street. The fatal detonation occurred when the door was opened. As a result, Pilavov died on the spot, and three more people were injured.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred near the local history museum, where an exhibition dedicated to Operation Stream, the gas pipeline to Suja, was being opened.<\/p>\n

There is currently no official comment from the Ukrainian side.<\/p>\n

Since 2014, Pilavov has actively supported the creation of the pseudo-republic of the “LPR” and publicly called on local residents to cooperate with the occupation authorities.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, a high-ranking military officer, Major General Mikhail Gudkov, who had recently taken up the position of Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, was eliminated in the border region of the Kursk region of Russia<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As reported, on June 18, in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk, Zaporizhia region , a collaborator, traitor to the state, and war criminal, Mykhailo Hrytsai, was killed.<\/a><\/p>\n
