The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail of the wife of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Kyrylenko, by 37 times.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> in the project “VAKS decided.”<\/p>\n

During the hearing, the Appeal overturned the ruling of the investigating judge of the High Court of Criminal Appeals, which imposed a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 9 million hryvnias on the suspect Alla Kyrylenko.<\/p>\n

The Appeals Chamber rejected the appeal of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, which requested to increase the bail to 11 million hryvnias, and partially satisfied the defense’s appeal.<\/p>\n

As a result, the bail was reduced from 9 million hryvnias to 242 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that for the Minister of National Unity, Oleksiy Chernyshov, who is suspected of corruption, his wife and two other suspicious subjects posted bail<\/a> .<\/p>\n

In addition, Minister Chernyshov, despite suspicions of corruption, was not suspended from his duties<\/a> .<\/p>\n

By the way, the State Bureau of Investigation has set a total bail of one billion hryvnia for the imprisoned probation officers, from whom they want to extract testimony against Petro Poroshenko.<\/a><\/p>\n
