A 17-year-old boy who worked for Russia and coordinated its massive attacks on the capital has been detained in Kyiv.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Security Service of Ukraine reported this.<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the graduate of a Moscow school was recruited through Telegram channels for “easy money”, after which he carried out FSB tasks.<\/p>\n

His main task was additional reconnaissance: the teenager received the coordinates of potential targets, recorded their status and transmitted the information to the Russians who were interested in energy facilities, defense force headquarters and air defense facilities.<\/p>\n

The young man was detained near one of the military departments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which he was filming to transmit data. His phone with photos of the objects was confiscated. He was charged with high treason, for which he faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n

As reported, on the night of July 4 , Russia carried out one of its most powerful attacks in recent times, launching more than 550 air targets at Ukraine<\/a> . The main direction of the attack was Kiev. Ukraine’s air defense was able to destroy 478 of them, including Iskander-K cruise missiles and hundreds of Shahed kamikaze drones.<\/p>\n
