Trump talks about \u2018making America great again.\u2019 But with such actions, America\u2019s greatness, at least in our eyes, is slowly fading. Let him keep chatting with Putin about \u2018some matches,\u2019 if that\u2019s what he wants,\u201d<\/em> he added.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1661\">Hetman stressed that what is most disheartening is not just the drone and missile attacks, but the behavior of those who once guaranteed Ukraine\u2019s security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"2047\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><em data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"2029\">\u201cWhen we gave up our nuclear weapons, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. But let\u2019s remember the reality: the machines used to produce missile systems were destroyed by the Americans. Our strategic bombers were dismantled. We disarmed to reduce global tensions \u2014 to decrease the number of nuclear-armed states. Later, the Pentagon assured that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/viyskova-dopomoha-ukraini-u-pentahoni-obitsiaiut-novi-rishennia-popry-skladnoshchi-z-postachanniam\/\">Washington would continue to work on solutions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the decision of the US Department of Defense to stop sending certain types of weapons to Ukraine without warning <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/raptova-pauza-u-postachanni-zbroi-v-ukrainu-stala-siurpryzom-dlia-chastyny-amerykanskykh-posadovtsiv\/\">came as a surprise not only to American diplomats but also to congressmen<\/a>, who usually have access to such information. Subsequently, President Donald Trump stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ssha-prodovzhuiut-nadavaty-zbroiu-ukraini-tramp\/\">the US would continue to supply weapons to Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, as NBC reports, the US authorities have suspended the delivery of another package of weapons to Ukraine, citing possible risks of depleting its arsenals. At the same time, an analysis conducted by the Pentagon&#8217;s Joint Staff showed that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/hehset-zupynyv-postachannia-zbroi-ukraini-vsuperech-vidsutnosti-zahroz-shcho-kazhut-u-pentahoni\/\">assisting Ukraine does not jeopardize the defense capabilities of the US Armed Forces<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The temporary suspension was initiated by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, his third time blocking arms deliveries to Ukraine.
