At the same time, to provide video transmission to the Russians, he installed a remote access phone opposite the crime scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A civilian was injured in the explosion. The victim received serious injuries, and the car under which the SVP was was completely destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAfter the explosion, the agent tried to leave the Odessa region, hoping to \u201cget to the bottom\u201d. However, the SBU and National Police officers \u201chot on the trail\u201d found and detained him,\u201d the report says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security Service investigators informed the suspect of suspicion of committing a terrorist act.
