It receives, stores, and processes hydrocarbon raw materials and ships finished products by both road and rail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"576\">\u201cThis refinery is part of the military-industrial complex of the aggressor state and is directly involved in waging an aggressive war against Ukraine,\u201d the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (GUR) stated.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?22\" data-telegram-post=\"kub_mash\/9533\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, on June 11, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/u-rosiyskomu-enhelsi-prolunav-potuzhnyy-vybukh-bilia-zavodiv-i-naftobazy-zdiyniavsia-dym\/\">a powerful explosion was heard in the city of Engels, Saratov Region,<\/a> near the Plant Kristal oil depot, which was recently attacked by Ukrainian drones.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/znyshcheno-nps-kavkazka-rosiia-vtratyla-kliuchovyy-naftovyy-ob-iekt\/\">unknown UAVs attacked the Kavkazskaya oil pumping station<\/a>.
