Over the past 24 hours, 188 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 8.<\/p>\n

According to updated information, yesterday the invaders launched two missile and 68 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, used five missiles and dropped 112 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they engaged 3,373 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out more than five thousand shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, including 141 – from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Kindrativka, Kostyantynivka, Novomykolaivka, Vodolahy, Oleksiivka, Sadky in Sumy region; Novopavlivka in Dnipropetrovsk region; Primorske in Zaporizhia region; Kozatske in Kherson region.<\/p>\n

Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck 18 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, three artillery pieces, a command post, and one other important enemy facility.<\/p>\n

Eight clashes took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day. The enemy carried out six air strikes, dropped 11 guided bombs, and carried out 286 attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 19 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Zeleny, Ambarny, Krasny Pershy, Kamyanka, and towards Kutkivka.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk direction, there were two attacks by the invaders in a day. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions near Golubivka and Zagryzove.<\/p>\n

In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 27 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novyi Mir, Ridkodub, Zelena Dolyna, Torske and in the Serebryansky Forest, as well as towards Serebryanka, Olhivka and Hryhorivka.<\/p>\n

In the Siverskyi direction, in the areas of Hryhorivka and Viymka, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops three times.<\/p>\n

Five clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy was advancing towards Mykolaivka, Markovoye, Predtechyny, and Bila Hora.<\/p>\n

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out four attacks in the Toretsk and Diliivka areas.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 68 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Razine, Myrolyubivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Shevchenko, Novoukrainka, Zvirovo, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Kotlyarivka, Horikhove, and Oleksiivka.<\/p>\n

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked our positions 30 times in the areas of the settlements of Piddubne, Fedorivka, Voskresenka, Yalta, Shevchenko, Novosilka, Vilne Pole, and Novopil.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipil direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled four enemy assaults near Malynivka.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the Kamyanske area and towards Malaya Tokmachka.<\/p>\n

No clashes were recorded in the Prydniprovs’kyi direction over the past day.<\/p>\n

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.<\/p>\n
