For the first time, it includes simulators for controlling FPV drones with computers &#8211; this will allow students to master skills that were previously available only to military specialists.<\/p>\n<p> These simulators are a key element of a new program focused on practical training of schoolchildren for real challenges in the field of security, defense and emergencies. Classrooms will be equipped with interactive simulators, tablets, and multimedia equipment for studying modern military and civilian technologies.<\/p>\n<p> The list also includes:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> dummies for resuscitation and first aid training,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> tourniquets and means to stop bleeding,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> tactical medicine and simulators for training in the event of injuries,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> helmets, bulletproof vests, certified gas masks and chemical protection equipment,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> radio stations for learning the basics of communication,<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> training elements of trails for tactical orienteering.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> According to the Ministry of Education and Science, the updated equipment will help schoolchildren not only acquire basic skills in tactical medicine and drone control, but also develop critical thinking, resistance to information influence, and readiness to act in an emergency situation.<\/p>\n<p> These changes are a continuation of the reform of the subject &#8220;Defense of Ukraine&#8221;, which started in 2024. Since then, the outdated drill has been replaced with intensive training sessions held once a month in specialized centers. Schoolchildren are trained not theoretically, but practically &#8211; from actions on the battlefield to cybersecurity.<\/p>\n<p> The Ministry notes: the goal of the update is to make young people more aware, protected, and prepared for the modern challenges facing Ukraine in conditions of war and instability.<\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, plan <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/mon-ta-minveteraniv-planuiut-zaluchyty-veteraniv-do-vykladannia-u-shkolakh-zakhystu-ukrainy\/\">to involve veterans in teaching &#8220;Defense of Ukraine&#8221; in schools.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> By the way, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/z-veresnia-2025-roku-v-ukrainskykh-shkolakh-z-iavytsia-novyy-obov-iazkovyy-predmet-shcho-vidomo\/\">with the beginning of the new academic year, a new mandatory subject will appear in Ukrainian schools &#8211; the course &#8220;Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy&#8221;<\/a> .
