As reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, an official change of government is expected on July 16, within the framework of which Yulia Svyrydenko will be nominated for the post of Prime Minister instead of Denys Shmyhal. The changes will affect a number of ministries, including the defense, economic and social blocs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> He wrote about this in <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/yzheleznyak\/13331\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Telegram<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> According to Zheleznyak, the new head of government will be the current First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. The current Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, in turn, will head the Ministry of Defense, replacing Rustem Umerov, who is planned to be appointed Ukraine&#8217;s ambassador to the United States.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Well, everything is as I wrote to you a month ago. In general, the coalition in Parliament should do this, but these are trifles,&#8221; the deputy commented on the situation.<\/p>\n<p> In addition to the rotation of the prime minister and the defense ministry, the government reorganization covers a number of other ministries. According to the People&#8217;s Deputy:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> The Minister of Education will be dismissed, but the name of the successor is currently unknown.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> The Ministry of Economy will be headed by Oleksiy Sobolev.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> The Ministry of Social Policy is also facing changes. Among the likely candidates for the leadership position is First Deputy Minister of Finance Denys Ulyutin.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> The Ministry of Culture will receive a new head, but the name of the successor has not yet been disclosed.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> If Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko is dismissed, his place will be taken by the current Minister of Ecology Svitlana Grinchuk.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> A number of ministers will remain in their positions, including:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Ministry of Internal Affairs \u2013 Ihor Klymenko.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Ministry of Finance \u2013 Serhiy Marchenko.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Ministry of Health \u2013 Viktor Lyashko.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Ministry of Veterans Affairs \u2013 Yulia Laputina (Kalmykova).<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Ministry of Youth and Sports \u2013 Vadym Gutzeit.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> The Ministry of Reintegration is being liquidated due to lack of political consensus.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Also, according to Zheleznyak, certain functions and ministries may be added to the new Cabinet. For example, the Ministry of Strategic Industries may be added to the Ministry of Defense, which will be headed by Shmyhal.<\/p>\n<p> The government rotation also provides for the liquidation of the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. As the deputy noted, &#8220;there is no unity in preserving the Ministry of Unity, so it will be liquidated.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> The official vote on the change in the composition of the government in the Verkhovna Rada is expected <strong>on July 16.<\/strong> Currently, parliamentary committees are preparing to consider the relevant personnel proposals to be submitted by the president.<\/p>\n<p> The day before, President Volodymyr <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yuliia-svyrydenko-mozhe-ocholyty-kabinet-ministriv\/\">Zelenskyy proposed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko to head the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/kadrovi-zminy-v-uriadi-planuiutsia-vzhe-nastupnoho-tyzhnia-koho-ta-na-iaku-posadu-mozhut-pryznachyty\/\">Ukraine may announce the formation of a new Cabinet of Ministers next week<\/a> . According to sources, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal will leave the post of Prime Minister and may head the Ministry of Defense. His place will probably be taken by First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
