The war in Ukraine could continue for another three to five years. In addition, new offensive operations are possible in other locations near Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated in France’s national review for 2030, published on the government website<\/a> .<\/p>\n

It is reported that in addition to active military operations on the territory of Ukraine, new offensive operations by Russia near Europe are possible – in Moldova, the Balkans and even against NATO member states.<\/p>\n

In particular, the document says that Europe should prepare for “the risk of a major war in the heart of the continent,” while acknowledging that the United States will not be actively involved in regional security.<\/p>\n

“The highest risk is a situation in which such aggression would coincide with a large-scale operation in another region of the world, which would be prevented by American forces,” the document says.<\/p>\n

This document also states that France does not rule out the possibility of a major armed conflict in Europe in the next decade<\/a> .<\/p>\n
