The SBU exposed and detained two Russian agents who were preparing a missile strike on a saltpeter storage facility in one of the seaports of the Odessa region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the press service of the SBU.<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the 29-year-old FSB informant got a job as a handyman at the port to collect data on explosive fertilizers. He passed the collected information to the Russian curator. His 56-year-old accomplice drove him to the arson of Ukrzaliznytsia relay cabinets, carried out on the instructions of the enemy.<\/p>\n

During the searches, the traitors were found to have live grenades and evidence of cooperation with the FSB. They are charged with treason under martial law and illegal handling of weapons. Both face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a timely special operation by the SBU, it was possible to remove the saltpeter from the port and prevent a large-scale man-made disaster.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, in Kharkiv, the SBU detained a former actor who worked for Russian special services and helped coordinate missile strikes on the city.<\/a><\/p>\n

As reported, Ukrainian security forces prevented large-scale attacks prepared by Russian intelligence. In several regions of the country , a network of agents preparing sabotage against military personnel was exposed<\/a> . In total, six suspects were detained who were trying to carry out terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices.<\/p>\n
