New categories of citizens who will be able to apply for a deferment from mobilization will soon appear in the “Reserve+” application.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced by<\/a> Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.<\/p>\n

According to its statement, the updates to the service will go live in late July or early August. They will include:<\/p>\n

\u2013 scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical employees of universities and vocational education institutions, if information about them is contained in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education;
\u2013 persons who are married to a person with a disability of group I or II, provided that the status is confirmed through data from the Ministry of Social Policy, the Pension Fund, and the State Register of Civil Status Acts.<\/p>\n

Chernogorenko also reported that they plan to expand the service in the future. In particular, they will provide the opportunity to apply for a deferral online for families raising a child with a disability.<\/p>\n

“I understand how important it is now to be able to apply for a deferral online – without unnecessary queues and ties to the CCC. Therefore, we are working to expand the service to other categories as soon as possible,” the government official added.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Reserve+ application now offers the ability to pay a fine online for failing to update personal data by July 16, 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n

As reported, by the end of 2025, the Ministry of Defense plans to expand the functionality of \u201cReserve+\u201d. The application will allow signing a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/a><\/p>\n
