Because several times in the history of Ukraine there was a violation, including by Yanukovych, when he tried to return to the 1996 Constitution, appropriating dictatorial powers,&#8221; Poroshenko said.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Currently, 231 deputies of the mono-majority coalition are a fake.
