Since the fall of 2024, the Reserve+ application has included the ability to apply for an electronic deferment from mobilization \u2014 though not yet for all categories. Other conscripts must contact territorial recruitment centers (TCK) and apply for a deferment there.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who can apply for a deferral in “Reserve+” now:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– people with disabilities (if they have a current certificate or data in the EICC)<\/p>\n

– persons with temporary incapacity (by decision of the VLK)<\/p>\n

– students, postgraduates, doctoral students of full-time or dual forms of study<\/p>\n

– military spouses who have a child under 18 years old<\/p>\n

– parents of three or more children under 18 years of age<\/p>\n

How to submit a request:<\/strong>
In the application, you need to click on the three dots next to the military registration document and select “Submit a request for deferment.” You don’t need to add any scans or files \u2014 “Reserve+” checks everything automatically through the relevant state registers.<\/p>\n

What to do if there is no data:<\/strong>
If the application does not find the necessary information, you should contact technical support or the Social Security Administration, depending on the category.<\/p>\n

Importantly:<\/strong><\/p>\n

if there is already a valid deferral, a new request is not submitted;<\/p>\n

If the status is confirmed, it immediately appears in an electronic document that has the same legal force as a paper document.<\/p>\n

How to apply for a deferment offline:<\/strong>
Through the CCC with an application, documents (certificates, references, etc.) and a military ID. The commission considers the application within 7 days. In case of refusal to accept the application, this is a violation of the law, the decision should be made only by the commission.<\/p>\n

How long is the deferral granted for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

most categories \u2014 until the end of martial law (90 days, with subsequent extension)<\/p>\n

people with disabilities – until the end of the certificate’s validity period<\/p>\n

students and scholars – for the period of study (up to 6\u201312 months, including holidays)<\/p>\n

“The deferment should be renewed in advance,” lawyers advise, because without a valid status, a conscript may be mobilized.<\/p>\n

We remind you that new categories of citizens will soon appear in the “Reserve+” application who will be able to apply for a deferment from mobilization.<\/a><\/p>\n

As reported, the Reserve+ application now offers the ability to pay a fine online for failing to update personal data by July 16, 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n
