President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has officially approved the new composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. This decision was a continuation of the large-scale government reshuffle that took place earlier. The updated composition includes key representatives of the government, security agencies, as well as heads of leading ministries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated in the text of Decree No. 501\/2025.<\/a><\/p>\n

The relevant decree approving the new composition of the NSDC was published on July 19. The National Security and Defense Council is a coordinating body under the president that plays a critical role in the field of defense, national security, and strategic planning. The formation of the new composition was a logical step after the announced \u201creset\u201d of the executive branch.<\/p>\n
