On July 23, the Ukrainian delegation arrived in Turkey, where negotiations with the Russian side are scheduled in Istanbul. The main task of the negotiations is to organize a direct meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.<\/strong><\/p>\n
