The Armed Forces of Ukraine are beginning to reduce the number of full-time robotic systems (MRS) companies. Despite the potential of the technology, the army has not been able to fully realize the importance and possibilities of using combat robots.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by<\/a> Ukrainian specialist in communication systems, electronic warfare and radio-electronic intelligence Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov.<\/p>\n

Activist and expert Lyuba Shipovich continues to fight for the development of robotics in the military, but her chances of success currently look slim.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that this does not mean a complete rejection of robots. Some teams, even at their own expense, have purchased and continue to purchase robotic equipment. However, at the level of the general development of the industry, such steps are perceived as a setback.<\/p>\n

Experts predict that in the event of a large-scale saturation of the Russian army with combat robots, Ukraine will again return to intensive development of this topic – this has happened historically.<\/p>\n

Despite the presence of robots in the warehouses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military is still reluctant to accept and use them, in particular due to a number of organizational and technical problems.<\/p>\n
