It provides for the provision of 50 billion euros during 2024-2027 for the implementation of European reforms.<\/p>\n<p> If 16 reforms were implemented, Ukraine would receive 4.5 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p> Ukraine submitted a request for partial disbursement of this tranche on June 6, 2025, as only 13 of the 16 required reforms had been implemented.<\/p>\n<p> The European Commission reported that one reform concerns decentralization, another &#8211; the law on the reform of the ARMA, and the third &#8211; the selection of judges for the Supreme Judicial Council.<\/p>\n<p> The European Commission assessed 13 reforms as implemented and proposes to the EU Council to pay Ukraine EUR 3.05 billion as the fourth tranche under the Ukraine Facility.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that Ukraine previously reached an agreement with the International Monetary Fund on the eighth review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF), which paves the way for <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraina-otrymaie-cherhovyy-transh-vid-mvf\/\">receiving the next tranche of about $500 million.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> As reported, the IMF recommended that Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-mvf-rekomenduvaly-ukraini-pidvyshchyty-podatky-z-2026-roku-zmi\/\">increase taxes from 2026 to increase budget revenues<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new tranche of financial assistance under the Ukraine Facility program will be allocated to Ukraine in a smaller amount than planned due to the failure to implement 3 of the 16 reforms promised by the EU.
