After all, Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin is not interested in ending the war, and pressure from the United States and China is needed to change his position.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This opinion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EXFmTsajWu4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was expressed<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221; by Vadym Denysenko, head of the analytical center &#8220;Dilova Stolytsia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;I do not believe that negotiations will take place at least until September. There are several reasons for this. First, Putin does not want to end the war and he does not need any direct negotiations now. Secondly, Putin needs to be pressured so that he begins to understand that he has no other option than to enter into a certain negotiation process. I am saying this very optimistically, because the end of the fall is a very moderate option when something theoretical can happen. Therefore, I believe that the probability of such negotiations or any productive negotiations on a long-term ceasefire in some understandable perspective of 1.5-2 months is approaching zero,&#8221; Vadym Denysenko emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan reported that Ukraine and Russia have reached <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zelenskyy-zustrinetsia-z-putinym-u-turechchyni\/\">an agreement in principle on the need to hold a meeting<\/a> between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, the Kremlin stated that a meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and Vladimir Putin <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-kremli-rozkryly-umovy-zustrichi-zelenskoho-ta-putina\/\">is unlikely in the coming month<\/a> . They once again emphasized that Russia had set out its position in the draft memorandum, which was submitted to Istanbul during the second round of negotiations. However, this position is \u201cdiametrically opposed\u201d to the Ukrainian one.<\/p>\n<p> As is known, on July 23 <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-stambuli-zavershyvsia-tretiy-raund-perehovoriv-mizh-ukrainoiu-ta-rf-pro-shcho-domovylys\/\">, the third round of talks between Ukraine and Russia ended in Istanbul<\/a> . During them, they agreed to exchange civilians and military personnel. The Ukrainian side emphasized its readiness for a ceasefire, including strikes on critical and civilian infrastructure.
