MP Ruslan Horbenko reported that Ukraine is preparing a significant reform to increase salaries for military personnel stationed away from the front lines. The government is working on new pay standards aimed at aligning their wages with NATO levels.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The government, together with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is considering a significant increase in salaries for military personnel serving in the rear. This initiative is being discussed at the highest level, and the President of Ukraine has already placed the issue on the agenda.<\/p>\n

According to MP Ruslan Horbenko, the current salary level in the rear\u2014about 20,000 hryvnias\u2014is unfair, especially compared to the remuneration of military personnel on the front line.<\/p>\n

Currently, those performing combat missions receive between 100,000 and 200,000 hryvnias, while drone operators on the front line receive a bonus of 100,000 hryvnias.<\/p>\n

However, military personnel in the rear also perform essential tasks related to logistics, coordination, support, training of recruits, and maintenance.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is planned to increase the minimum salaries as follows:<\/p>\n
