Russian drones are penetrating deep into the rear, and Ukrainian units, according to the military, lack the manpower and resources to contain the offensive.

One of the Ukrainian commanders told reporters that troops in the Myrnograd area are at risk of being surrounded. According to him, Russian units have already entered the village of Rodynske and reached the outskirts of Biletske, creating a threat of isolating Ukrainian forces in Pokrovsk.

CNN adds that a similar assessment of the situation has been confirmed by other Ukrainian military and law enforcement officials. They point to the risk of a repeat of the Avdiivka and Vuhledar scenarios, where Ukraine lost not only control over the cities, but also significant forces.

In addition to Pokrovsk, danger also looms over Kostyantynivka and Kupyansk. In the event of the loss of these three cities, Kyiv will face several serious challenges:

Ukraine will lose key strongholds in the east of the Donetsk region, losing critically important logistical routes;

Moscow will be able to concentrate more forces for attacks on Kramatorsk and Slavyansk;

Ukrainian units will be forced to hold defenses in sparsely populated, open steppe areas, which significantly complicates logistics and defense.

The situation in the town of Dobropillya also remains tense. According to local law enforcement officials, Ukrainian control there is weakening, and entry for civilian transport has been suddenly restricted. On Saturday, authorities called on parents to evacuate their children on their own, but within a few days, the evacuation was carried out in an organized manner – by dozens of people.

Problems with reinforcements are also being recorded in Kostyantynivka. The commander of one of the brigades said that he had not received rotations for eight months. Because of this, supplies to the front line have to be delivered by drones, including food, water, and ammunition.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops advanced to the northern outskirts of the city and captured the village of Radkivka. Local sources speak of an unstable and rapidly changing situation. Russian military analysts claim that Russian forces are already close to the city’s borders.

According to CNN, the recent successes of the Russian army no longer look like isolated breakthroughs – the situation is developing rapidly, and this could significantly change the course of the war. Moscow is probably getting closer to achieving some of its strategic goals, betting on the exhaustion of Ukrainian defenses.

As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, 193 combat clashes took place on the Russian-Ukrainian front . The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.

As reported, Russian occupation troops are making attempts to enter Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region from the northwest.

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , Twitter , Telegram , and Instagram .

Russia has intensified its offensive in eastern Ukraine, achieving tactical successes and increasing pressure on several fronts.
