The Rada adopted this draft in the first reading on July 16,&#8221; the MP noted.<\/p>\n<p> However, as Pidlasa notes, the critical problem of paying military personnel cash benefits in August still remains.<\/p>\n<p> Therefore, together with the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Stefanchuk and the leaders of the factions, she registered a new bill <a href=\"https:\/\/itd.rada.gov.ua\/billinfo\/Bills\/Card\/56774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">No. 13573<\/a> on amendments to the budget, which includes only an increase in spending on the defense sector.<\/p>\n<p> The new bill proposes an increase in defense spending by 412 billion hryvnias, namely:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> 115 billion hryvnias &#8211; for financial support for military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> 216 billion hryvnias &#8211; for the purchase and production of weapons, military equipment and drones;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> 81 billion hryvnias &#8211; for other needs of the army.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> In addition, the text of the draft law contains an important textual provision, namely, a new distribution of personal income tax:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> 60% &#8211; will be directed to the Ministry of Defense for the purchase of drones, weapons, and military equipment;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> 30% &#8211; State Special Communications Agency for drones;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> 10% &#8211; for the needs of the brigades.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> &#8220;The draft law is planned to be considered in the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget and in the session hall,&#8221; Pidlasa noted.<\/p>\n<p> Previously, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yevrosolidarnist-initsiiuie-zminy-do-biudzhetu-hroshi-z-netsilovykh-prohram-maiut-yty-na-zsu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deputies from the European Solidarity faction initiated changes to the State Budget to transfer funds from non-targeted programs to the needs of the Defense Forces<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Verkhovna Rada proposes to amend the state budget of Ukraine for 2025 by increasing defense spending by 412 billion hryvnias.
