{"id":1274807,"date":"2025-08-01T15:15:46","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T12:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/putin-allowed-peace-talks-but-repeated-the-2024-ultimatum\/"},"modified":"2025-08-01T15:15:46","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T12:15:46","slug":"putin-allowed-peace-talks-but-repeated-the-2024-ultimatum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/putin-allowed-peace-talks-but-repeated-the-2024-ultimatum\/","title":{"rendered":"Putin allowed peace talks, but repeated the 2024 ultimatum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said he is ready to end the war on the terms outlined in June 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> His words are reported by Russian media.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;If Kyiv believes that now is not the time for negotiations, Moscow is ready to wait,&#8221; the Russian dictator said.<\/p>\n<p> He also emphasized that the Russian government is &#8220;legitimate,&#8221; unlike the Ukrainian one.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;I am ready to end the war on the terms that existed in June 2024,&#8221; Putin said.<\/p>\n<p> It is worth noting that under these conditions, Ukraine has:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> completely withdraw troops from the territory of the so-called &#8220;DPR&#8221;, &#8220;LPR&#8221;, and from the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> promise not to join NATO;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> to introduce a neutral, non-aligned, non-nuclear status.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The Russian dictator also advocated for achieving long-term peace in Ukraine, which would not have any temporary restrictions.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, Putin announced that the Russian Federation had mass-produced the Oreshnik ballistic missile for the first time.
