From August 1, territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP) received the right to send military summonses by registered mail via Ukrposhta.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by<\/a> lawyer Yuriy Tanasiychuk on the air of “Kyiv24”.<\/p>\n

According to him, such changes were approved by Cabinet Resolution No. 916 of July 30 and are an official procedure that complies with current legislation. “This is a normal practice, adapted to modern conditions and challenges of wartime,” Tanasiychuk noted.<\/p>\n

It is important that if a conscript fails to appear for a summons, he will automatically be declared wanted with criminal status. Summonses will be sent to the address specified in the CCC personal file, so every citizen is obliged to promptly report a change of residence. Fines of up to 2,000 hryvnia are provided for concealing information.<\/p>\n

The lawyer emphasized that even if a person evades a summons and does not update their address information, they can be traced using digital systems such as “Oberig.” In such a case, the violator faces administrative or criminal consequences.
