The Vinnytsia region police commented on the conflict between citizens and employees of the territorial recruitment center (TRC and SP) in Vinnytsia, where dozens of people gathered near the Lokomotiv stadium on the evening of August 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Vinnytsia region police.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officials reported that during the events to notify citizens about mobilization, TCC servicemen discovered a man who was wanted for evading military service.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, a group of people, including representatives of a public organization, arrived at the temporary location of the TCC and, demanding the release of the man, started a conflict with the military personnel.<\/p>\n

“About 80 citizens approached the institution, some of whom broke down the gates of the facility and tried to break in. Police measures were taken against the people to push them back into the territory of the facility,” the report says.<\/p>\n

It is noted that the police are conducting an inspection and ensuring public order near the building.<\/p>\n

Earlier, “Public” reported that a crowd gathered at the stadium in Vinnytsia calling for the release of men detained by the TCC military. Citizens complained that they could not contact the detainees. During the clashes, the police used pepper spray.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, “Obshchestvennoye”, citing sources, wrote that at around 04:40, the men who were on the stadium grounds began to be taken away. <\/p>\n
