This should be a system that meets people&#8217;s needs, is focused on their interests, and will be addressed to each person not by status, but by needs. Decent, targeted, transparent support is the work plan for the next 100 days of the entire Ministry,&#8221; Ulyutin assured.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As noted, the department will first of all change its approaches to social security for pensioners.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solidarity pension system: guaranteed payments upon reaching old age, direct link between SSC contributions, their duration and the amount of pension;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transformation of special pensions into professional pensions &#8211; payment taking into account three factors: basic payment, variable pension component and professional &#8211; from different sources of funding;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introduction of a mandatory savings system.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ministry will also work on systemic support for children and parents \u2014 creating conditions for combining parenthood with professional activities, increasing birth payments, expanding the coverage of children with social services, and ensuring the rights of every child to grow up in a family environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, a reform of the subsistence minimum will be carried out to update social standards that will help families in difficult life circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, work will soon begin on launching a \u201csingle window\u201d for IDPs, where they will be able to receive assistance and support from the moment of evacuation to integration into a new community.
