The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published<\/a> operational information as of 08:00 on August 4, 2025 regarding the Russian invasion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In total, 183 combat clashes<\/strong> were recorded over the past 24 hours. Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile and 65 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, used one missile and 103 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 4,307 attacks, 100 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,419 kamikaze drones to destroy them.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy region; Zaliznychne in Zaporizhzhia region and the city of Kherson. Yesterday, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck one artillery piece, eight areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and one enemy radar station.<\/p>\n

In the North-Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 19 Russian attacks. The enemy launched 12 air strikes, dropped a total of 26 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 261 artillery shelling, including 17 from multiple rocket launcher systems.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, eight clashes took place in the South Slobozhansk<\/strong> direction in the areas of Vovchansk, Kutkivka, Figolivka, and Krasny Pershy.<\/p>\n

Nine attacks by the invaders were recorded in the Kupyansk<\/strong> direction. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of Golubivka, Petropavlivka, Novoosynovoye, Stepova Novoselivka, and Novaya Kruglyakivka.<\/p>\n

In the Lymansky<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked 29 times, trying to advance near Karpivka, Olhivka, Ridkodub, Torske, Hryhorivka, in the direction of Seredny, Cherneschyna, and Shandrygolovy.<\/p>\n

In the Siversk<\/strong> direction, the aggressor attacked near Hryhorivka and in the direction of Serebryanka and Siversk. In total, five clashes took place over the past day.<\/p>\n

In the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight enemy attacks near Chasovy Yar, Markovy, and in the direction of Bila Hora and Stupochky.<\/p>\n

In the Torets<\/strong> direction, the enemy carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Rusyn Yar, Shcherbynivka, Toretsk, Katerynivka, and towards Oleksandro-Kalynovye.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsky<\/strong> direction, our defenders stopped 49 attacks by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove, in the direction of the settlements of Novoukrainka, Novopidhorodne, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman.<\/p>\n

In the Novopavlivka<\/strong> direction, the Defense Forces repelled 22 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Novokhatske, Voskresenka, Zelene Pole, Myrne, Maliivka, Temyrivka, Novopil and towards the settlement of Levadne.<\/p>\n

There were no military clashes in the Hulyaipil<\/strong> and Orikhiv<\/strong> directions.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, in the Dnieper<\/strong> direction, the enemy twice unsuccessfully tried to approach the fortifications of our defenders.<\/p>\n

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn<\/strong> and Polissya<\/strong> directions.<\/p>\n

Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, and also actively undermine the enemy’s offensive potential in the rear.<\/p>\n

In total, the losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,010 people<\/a> . Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized one tank, eight armored combat vehicles, 28 artillery systems, 77 unmanned aerial vehicles of the operational-tactical level, one cruise missile, and 85 units of automotive equipment of the invaders.<\/p>\n
