The head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, reported that on the night of August 4 and in the morning, Russian troops continued shelling the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Several communities were hit, there are wounded, including an infant. Ukrainian air defense destroyed two enemy drones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the OVA, the enemy attacked the Nikopol region until late in the evening and again in the morning. The occupiers used FPV drones, dropped ammunition from drones, and conducted artillery fire.<\/p>\n

Nikopol, as well as the Marhanetska, Myrivska, and Pokrovska communities, were hit by shelling. Three people were injured in the attacks. Among the wounded is a 4-month-old girl who is in serious condition.<\/p>\n

Two women, aged 40 and 46, received moderate injuries. All the injured were taken to hospital, where doctors are providing the necessary assistance.<\/p>\n

According to updated data, a local transport enterprise was damaged during yesterday’s shelling of Marganets.<\/p>\n

Despite the intensity of the attacks, Ukrainian defenders from the Air Command managed to destroy two enemy drones over the region, preventing further destruction and casualties.<\/p>\n
