Starting August 5, 2025, the Reserve+ app introduces a new feature allowing spouses of persons with disabilities (Group I or II) to apply for a mobilization deferment, expanding access to protection through a service that already processes 40% of deferment requests nationwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the press service<\/a> of the Ministry of Defense.<\/p>\n

The Reserve+<\/strong> mobile application, which has allowed Ukrainians to apply for deferment from mobilization since November 2024, has expanded its functionality. A new deferment category is now available for the spouse of a person with a disability of Group I or II.<\/p>\n

This decision aims to protect socially vulnerable families where one partner requires constant support and care. From now on, such citizens can submit applications remotely<\/strong>, without needing to visit a territorial recruitment center in person.<\/p>\n

The application process remains simple and user-friendly:<\/p>\n

    Open the Reserve+<\/strong> app and tap the three-dot menu on the home screen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Select “Request a deferment.”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Choose the appropriate category: “Spouse of a person with a disability (Group I or II).”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Wait for a notification with the result of the verification and confirmation of the deferment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To qualify for a deferment under this new category, two key conditions must be met:<\/p>\n
