The first meeting of its supervisory board is scheduled for September. The government is also seeking to expand the fund&#8217;s mandate, in particular to allow investment in the security and defense sectors.<\/p>\n<p> The meeting also raised issues of defense partnership. In particular, a potential agreement on the production and export of Ukrainian drones, as well as the purchase of weapons from the United States.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, the participants in the negotiations discussed further sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation and interaction with international financial institutions.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/uhoda-pro-nadra-zi-ssha-ukraina-dozvolyla-rozrobku-derzhavnoho-rodovyshcha-litiiu\/\">Ukraine has approved the start of the process of allowing private companies to develop the state-owned Dobra lithium ore site<\/a> .
