On Wednesday, August 6, 87 combat clashes were recorded at the front. Intense fighting continues in the Pokrovsk direction, where Russian troops attempted to break through the Ukrainian defenses 22 times, but 19 attacks were successfully repelled.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this as of 16:00.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions<\/strong> \u2013 11 combat contacts, two of which are ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

South Slobozhansky direction<\/strong> \u2013 one repelled enemy attack in the Volchansk area.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kupyansk direction<\/strong> \u2013 eight attempts to attack Ukrainian positions, one of which is ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Liman direction<\/strong> – seven attacks, one clash continues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Seversky direction<\/strong> \u2013 seven attacks near Grigorovka, Pereyezdnoye and Vyemka, two more battles continue.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kramatorsk direction<\/strong> – one enemy attack near Novomarkovo was repelled.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Toretsk direction<\/strong> – the enemy tried to break through the defense seven times, six assaults were repelled, another clash continues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Pokrovsk direction<\/strong> is the area where the enemy is most active: 22 assaults, of which 19 have already been repelled by Ukrainian soldiers.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Novopavlovskoye direction<\/strong> \u2013 eight attacks have been repelled, another one is ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Gulyai-Polye and Orekhivskoe directions<\/strong> – the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. At the same time, the village of Kanevskoe received an air strike<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dnieper direction<\/strong> \u2013 five military clashes were recorded, the enemy had no success.<\/p>\n
