These are participants in hostilities, victims of the Nazi regime, and victims during the Revolution of Dignity. Some recipients will receive the payment automatically, while others will have to submit an application.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/glavred.net\/ukraine\/pribavka-v-1-000-grn-kakie-tri-kategorii-pensionerov-poluchat-pomoshch-v-avguste-10687874.html?utm_source=ukrnet_news\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Glavred<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> By August 24, Ukraine&#8217;s Independence Day, the government has provided social assistance to certain categories of citizens. According to the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, this is a one-time payment of 1,000 hryvnias, which is provided in accordance with the provisions of the laws &#8220;On the Status of War Veterans&#8221; and &#8220;On Victims of Nazi Persecutions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> Who will receive assistance:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Participants in hostilities (UBD).<\/strong> Persons who have the official status of a participant in hostilities and participated in military operations in defense of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Victims of the Nazi regime.<\/strong> Among them: former prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos; citizens forcibly deported to Germany or its allies during World War II; children born in captivity; children of underground workers and partisans who suffered repression.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Victims of the Revolution of Dignity.<\/strong> Those who were injured during the protests from November 21, 2013 to April 30, 2014 and included in the relevant state register.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> You can receive payment:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Automatically<\/strong> &#8211; those who are retired and belong to the listed categories will receive it.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Through an application<\/strong> &#8211; citizens who do not receive a pension or are not military pensioners can apply.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Ways to submit an application:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> through <strong>the electronic portal<\/strong> of the Pension Fund;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>by mail<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>by email<\/strong> with <strong>a qualified electronic signature<\/strong> (if technically possible).<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> It is worth adding that this is not part of the monthly pension payments &#8211; the payment is <strong>a one-time<\/strong> social assistance for the national holiday. It is aimed at supporting citizens who made a significant contribution to the struggle for Ukraine&#8217;s freedom or suffered for it.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity Denys Ulyutin presented a plan for the next 100 days, which, in particular, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zmina-u-pidkhodakh-do-sotsialnoho-zabezpechennia-v-uriadi-anonsuvaly-pensiynu-reformu\/\">provides for a \u201cpension reform.\u201d<\/a> The official also stated his desire to change approaches to pension provision.<\/p>\n<p> In particular, this concerns a solidarity pension system, guaranteed payments upon reaching old age, a direct link between SSC contributions, their duration and the amount of the pension, the transformation of special pensions into professional pensions, namely payment taking into account three factors: a basic payment, a variable pension component and a professional component from various sources of financing, as well as the introduction of a mandatory accumulation system.<\/p>\n<p> Earlier, the head of the parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Hetmantsev, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/u-radi-proponuiut-suttieve-pidvyshchennia-minimalnoi-pensii\/\">spoke out in favor of increasing the minimum pension in Ukraine to 4 thousand hryvnias.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By the Independence Day of Ukraine in August 2025, three categories of citizens will receive a one-time cash benefit of UAH 1,000.
